Please know that any orders that didn’t ship by January 1st, 2025 will not ship until the end of February at the soonest. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Our Pre-order Shipping Information Page will be updated when updated ship dates are available.

Self service returns are no longer available, please email support@vampyrecosmetics.com to process a return for an item already received. Sale items are non-returnable.

We are not able to issue refunds at this time for any orders or pre-orders regardless of return or shipping status. Please refer to our updates page & posts for more details.
